Labor for deco stone in yard. Ian left me an email to contact him so I called and he said it would be one week before they could get out to give an estimate. He set the date and time and that morning they never showed. I called and left a message to see if they were coming. Still no reply 4 days later. Very unprofessional not to even call if they weren't planning on committing to the appointment time they gave me. Anyone who can't give a simple courtesy call that they are no longer interested in the job is not worth hiring! Very unreliable.Jul 5, 2016Verified
Ian and Skyler did a great job with the wide variety of repairs I needed - kitchen drawer repair, drywall repair, some baseboard/trim replacement. Very accommodating and took care of my more urgent needs quickly. And all at a reasonable price. Thanks dudes!Jun 17, 2016Verified
Hearth LLC., Construction and Handyman Services exceeded my expectations for the project. They were very professional and prompt. I will use their service again in the future, as well recommend them to others.May 13, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? To bring you the most fair price, the work has to be bid in person. The bid is free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Constant education of changing practices and codes. We are employed in the forefront of new custom home construction, so anything that changes is usually common knowledge to our service members.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started working with my father at the age of 11, doing landscaping and sprinkler systems. When I was old enough I went right into framing carpentry as a summer job, loved it, and never looked back.
