From the minute I found him on Nextdoor, connected through Thumbtack, and messaged him, the entire process was smooth and easy. He responded promptly, gave a fair quote after reviewing pictures of my husband’s car, and scheduled our appointment with ease and grace. Before starting, Luis walked me through the products and process he uses, even being upfront about a few upholstery stains that might not fully lift—talk about honesty and integrity! The results? Absolutely incredible. The pictures speak for themselves, and the car smells just as amazing as it looks. Luis is a one-man show (though his lovely wife came along to assist, which made the service even better and faster), and he’s one of those genuinely friendly people who feels like family the moment you meet him. My first time getting are car detailed, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Luis was responsive, punctual, and did an amazing job!
