- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the number of movers: • 2 movers – $125 per hour • 3 movers – $165 per hour • 4 movers – $205 per hour (Minimum 3 hours required) Additional fees: • 4% upcharge for card payments • $70 flat fuel fee We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Packing services and extra-heavy item handling are available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Inquiry – We discuss your moving needs and provide an estimated quote. 2. Booking Confirmation – Once details are finalized, we confirm your move date. 3. Moving Day – Our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and carefully handles your belongings. 4. Final Check – We ensure everything is placed as requested and conduct a final walkthrough. 5. Completion & Payment – Once the move is complete, payment is processed, and we make sure you’re satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of trained and experienced movers who specialize in safe and efficient moving techniques. We continuously train our staff in proper lifting techniques, furniture protection, and customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
