After the first caterer backed out on us, I was so stressed out thinking I wouldn’t be able to find someone in time for my brother’s wedding. But luckily we found Justin & I am so glad we hired him! I sent him a message, he replied within minutes, he listened to what they wanted and he did not disappoint! He made us an Italian salad with homemade croutons & dressing, chicken fettuccine Alfredo & lasagna served with bread and this delicious garlic butter & let me tell you that was the best homemade Italian food we have ever had! Every one of the guests loved it! Thank you Justin for saving us and blessing us with your delicious dishes!!

Justin was absolutely amazing. From the first contact to helping me pick the menu to the fun conversations at dinner, he made it all a blast. He made a 6 course meal for our small bachelorette party and it was the best Italian food I’ve ever had. Charcuterie board, bruschetta, salad (homemade dressing!!), chicken saltimbocca and bolognese. Not to mention that Espresso Chip gelato that had to be consumed hours later because of how full we were from dinner! 10/10 would recommend C’ciny Cucina Italiana!!! Please do not pass up an opportunity to have him cook for you!

Justin showed up on time with all his ingredients & a great attitude! He loves cooking & it shows! My family of eight was treated to a homemade Italian dinner. He made fresh pasta on-site & my 4 year grand daughter got to help turn the pasta machine. ALL the food we had was delicious!!!! We had the bruschetta, meatballs, salad, bread, veal & chicken Parmesan, chicken Francaise & chicken Alfredo were excellent! We ended with chocolate & vanilla gelato which was great too. Justin was so friendly & loves what he does. My family loved the whole experience! We would use Justin again & would recommend him highly. Plus he cleaned the whole kitchen up & we had leftovers!

I wanted to treat my wife to a private chef dinner for our 35th anniversary, and Justin came through for us with flying colors. We discussed a menu in detail a few weeks prior to the event, and he showed up right on time, with everything he needed in two. While we do not have a "gourmet" kitchen, he was able to slide right in and made it feel we were sitting in his professional kitchen watching him master his craft. The chit-chat was great, the food delicious, and we didn't have to lift a finger for cleanup. Would highly recommend C'ciny Cucina for a private party.

We had a wonderful experience working with Justin for my niece’s 30th birthday. He was very accommodating and handled our large crazy group very well! All the food was absolutely delicious and we loved watching him make pasta. Can’t wait for another opportunity to work with Justin again!
