Our experience with Justin as our personal chef for a family reunion of 20 in Breckenridge was absolutely perfect! After interviewing several chefs he stood out immediately with his superior experience with Italian food, Italian heritage and love for cooking. The value was right in the middle and we were very pleased with the cost and what we received. Not only was the food handmade in front of us with exceptional ingredients but Justin involved all of our Italian family and made it a very fun, educational and inclusive experience. He had thick skin even when my grandma told him he was making the pasta and gnocchi wrong!!! They both turned out perfect despite her memories of how it “should” be made:) His handmade sauce was perfection and the meatballs were to die for! Chicken parmigiana was amazing, moist and flavorful! He went above and beyond to make sure we were able to express our stories and our memories while helping him in a hands-on way to create a dinner that brought generations together and memories of our late Nona to the forefront of our hearts and minds. Truly unforgettable experience. Justin is doing exactly what he was made to do in this world! Thank you Justin from the bottom of the Zollo Families hearts❤️

I’ll start by saying that the food was amazing. Saying that alone would be selling him short. Justin was more than a chef for us that night. He interacted with the kids, and got them involved in his process in such a manner that it will be a core memory for the rest of their lives. We’ll be reaching out to him to come cook for us every year we come here.

Justin catered my 80 person wedding, and went above and beyond! The food was absolutely amazing!! Everyone is still talking about the meal he prepared that day! Everything was perfect, right on time, and exceeded any expectations I had! He cleaned up after himself and was absolutely the perfect fit for our special day! I cannot say enough good things about Justin! Highly recommend him for any catering/ chef needs you may have!

We had an amazing time with Chef Justin!! We were running late getting back home from the spa, so we let Justin in with the code to go ahead and get set up. When we walked in the house, it smelled soooo good! Most of the time we’re the ones cooking so it was really nice to walk in and smell dinner! Justin was very personable, fun to interact with and even had to wing a few things due to the lack of inventory provided by our Airbnb owner, but totally rocked it! Bruschetta was an absolute favorite. The pistachio gelato was heaven in a glass! We enjoyed all parts of our meal! We had 2 apps, 2 entrees and dessert! We had plenty of leftovers! Justin even prepped our breakfast (quiche) for the next day, so we just had to throw it in the oven the next morning!!! That was not in the contract, but he was more than happy to do it!! That definitely sent him flying over the top of our expectations! I highly recommend Justin for all your cooking needs!! We slacked on photos but everything looked, smelled and tasted delicious!!
