Kareen was great! Drove a hour away to cater my family and I. His prices where reasonable and his food was great. Thanks so much for providing a great dinner for us!!

I contacted Kareen to cater to my staff of over 90 just as a thank you for their hard work. He made enchiladas and mexican rice and my staff was extremely thankful and raved about the food for days! Kareen was able to deliver all of the food to my job, labeled, and ready to eat!

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. Our caterer was two and a half hours late, food was cold, presentation poor. I would not be able to recommend based on the feedback from our guests. Hamburgers, hotdogs, baked beans very cold and overdone. Estimate food needed and condiments delivered way above what was necessary and half our staff had already left the event and the rest were starving! Very disappointing. Pam

Hi Pam, I appreciate the feedback. It will definitely be useful in my future endeavors. My tardiness was due to unforeseen events that took place on that date. I apologized then and I apologize now. I'm not making any excuses and I take full responsibility for what occurred. That was not your fault and you deserved to have the food promptly as promised. The amount of people that we agreed would be attending the event was over 70. So I provided enough food and condiments to accommodate for all of your guests. I wanted to ensure that everyone was able to get a burger, a hot dog, and as much of the sides that they wanted. My goal is to prepare good food and provide quality service to all customers. Since I didn't uphold my end of the bargain, you were not charged the full amount that we initially agreed upon. We came to an agreement that a significantly lower amount was fair to compensate for everything. I truly apologize for the inconvenience. I intend to use this experience as a teaching moment to be better prepared in the future. Whole heartedly sorry, Kareen.

Although I have over twenty years of experience, initially I didn't choose a career in cooking. But after several disappointing career choices that left me feeling unfulfilled, I decided to follow my dream of preparing delicious food. I am very passionate about cooking, and it is something that I truly enjoy. I believe that if there is something that you are truly passionate about, you should follow your dreams and don't let anything deter you from accomplishing your goals.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I prepare meals for company parties, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, and special occasions. I also have clients that I cook for and deliver meals to them on a weekly basis.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently prepared meals for two companies. I prepared Mexican food for one, and Italian food for the other. I received rave reviews from both customers. They said that "the food was divine".
