Wes was the best to work with. He was immediately responsive to my request, listened to details I provided about our Holiday party and shortly sent a magnificent sample menu to choose from. He was always so professional, organized, detail oriented and very easy to work with. he was also very informed about providing a gluten free food. He delivered the food on time and made sure I had specific directions on heating, serving etc....answered all my questions. HIs passion for cooking and catering came through every conversation. The food was absolutely delicious!! My guests were raving about how good it tasted and many went back for seconds. Working with Wes could not have been any better or easier. I would highly recommend him for any function. It was just a pleasure to coordinate this function with him and would definitely reach back for any of our future events. Wes is a consummate professional who will exceed your expectations.

His creativity and imagination is amazing - from simple presentations that make it look and taste like you are in a 5 star restaurant to sophisticated meals and presentations that bring a deep soul of flavor that brings you back to your childhood or that meal that you will never forget. Wes not only brings the food - but his personality shines through in his food - vibrant, entertaining, funny and passion. The menu's are tailored to fit the occasion and a bit more - Wes always takes any event to the next step. You walk away satisfied and amazed.
