- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client is required to complete an Initial Consultation and Fitness Assessment. This session is crucial for me to get a clear understanding of what your goals are and what activities are safe for you to do. Ultimately, this session helps me to create a fitness plan that will maximize your desired results.
