Rich is a awesome coach! I had done some combat sports training before working with him, and to be honest to group setting thing wasn't for me. Rich comes to you with the equipment you need. Always on time and ready to go! Rich makes training fun and doesn't "over do it" like some trainers. He figures out where youre at and caters to your direct needs. I highly recommend Rich to anyone looking to improve in combat sports or simply just to have fun while getting in shape. Check him out for sure!!!!

Rich started training my brother and I a few months ago and I couldn’t be more impressed! Rich is very knowledgeable about martial arts and each session you will learn something new! I highly recommend anyone of any skill level to go to Rich as their personal kick boxing trainer!
