FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies per location (Serve Denver (In-Person & Remote), SF Bay Area (remote), San Diego/LA area (remote) & Chicago (remote). I offer semi-private sessions (2-4 people) which discounts the individuals price when they join with friends. Ex. SF Bay Area Rates/per 45 mins: 1- $100 2- $160 3- $180 4- $200
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take time prior to the first session to get an introduction, discuss goals and plan for one session. If the client decides they would like to continue, we set up a fitness, nutrition and lifestyle plan to help them accommodate those goals. I ask the client to work with me for 6 week to see progress, which is ample time to see progress take place (usually within 2-3 weeks, progress can be seen). If at 6 weeks time, results are unsatisfactory, I hold no obligation to continue with me and encourage that they seek another trainer (or sometimes another practicioner in the health and wellness industry) depending on their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My understanding of the body is unique in that I use some of the concepts and education I obtained from my civil engineering degree at Northwestern. If anyone is familiar with statics and Dynamics, this will make sense to you. otherwise, when the body is under pressure (weight or cardiovascular), it can only endure so much. Getting stronger allows the body to take on more over time, in other words we fortify the body as we would in civil (a building) to make those structures stronger as well. Otherwise, I have various group class instructor trainings/experience, several personal development trainings, intelligence and emotional quotient (I think quality fits better here) related training and at least 6 years of experience with clients and over 10 years of experience experimenting on myself.
