- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is about as real as it gets. Overtime, working with me multiple times can get you discounts and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new customer is to let them know everything I need to know upfront. I have to have meet and greets with your dog, plus, I like to know walk times, feeding times and more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have any education on dogsitting or dog care, but I have training in shelters, pets of my own, and the whole business of dogsitting I've been in for 3 years now, to have under my belt when it comes to all things canine.
