The young man who drove over 30-minutes (probably closer to 45) was actually early. He fixed my iPad Pro glass in less than 15-minutes and it was perfect. He was professional, polite, and did a great job!

Look. Maybe you have not heard of Paragon Tech Services. Maybe you got their name off a YouTube video like I did. Maybe you get young fella showing up at your door, but he evaluates the problem quickly and silently. Maybe he doesn’t have a business card, but he has a company shirt. He wants to take the problem tablet to fix it. Maybe it makes you nervous to let go of it, so he waits for the part to come in and then picks it up. By then you are reading reviews like this one. Yeah, you are me. Here’s what happened next: he did come back with it fully functional and like new - except everything was still on it. So when he asks for payment there is no hesitation and you tip him too. Then you write a glowing review because you’d do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks PTS.
