My husband had this company come out and pressure wash out our garage, driveway and a small area of our patio. Carlos did such a great job and was very fast. His work was excellent and his prices were wonderful. We'll be requesting his company again in the future! Highly recommend!

It’s not often that you get quality and value. But Carlos and iKonic delivered. His attention to detail and the value are the highlight of my interaction with him.
I hired iKonic to powerwash my deck in preparation for selling a home. Upon arrival, Carlos saw the driveway with multiple bagsters and offered a package deal with a complete power wash of the deck, garage and driveways in addition to trash removal.
Carlos and his crew arrived right on time and got to work. He communicated his plan for accomplishing the tasks and knocked it out as described.
Thanks again Carlos. I couldn’t be happier!

Carlos did a great job power washing the front porch area. He arrived exactly on time and explained what he would do then did it efficiently. He cleaned up after working and left the area looking really good. He also inspected for other problem areas and at the end of the job explained everything he did. He was very courteous and professional and took good safety measures (i.e. wore a mask and kept a good distance). I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Carlos went above and beyond for us on short notice! He was able to come the next day and helped not only to provide a great power wash to our environment, but also helped remove residue from a home improvement project.
I would highly recommend him!
