Mentium Coaching was created to help individuals break free from limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, and saboteurs? I am a Certified Executive Coach with a focus on Mental Fitness and I have been teaching Public Speaking and Leadership for the last 6 years. More than 300 students graduated from my classes and became the best versions of themselves. I have been mentoring and coaching people for the last fifteen years. This is a passion and a labor of love for me. Work with me as your coach to get fulfillment, and balance through a process we will create together with you leading the way because you are naturally creative and resourceful. I believe that you are a whole and complete being and my job is to help you articulate your dreams and aspirations, clarify your mission, and your purpose to live the life you were designed to experience.
