Mentium Coaching was created to help individuals break free from limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, and saboteurs? I am a Certified Executive Coach with a focus on Mental Fitness and I have been teaching Public Speaking and Leadership for the last 6 years. More than 300 students graduated from my classes and became the best versions of themselves. I have been mentoring and coaching people for the last fifteen years. This is a passion and a labor of love for me. Work with me as your coach to get fulfillment, and balance through a process we will create together with you leading the way because you are naturally creative and resourceful.
