- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most jobs, we always prefer to schedule a walkthrough before scheduling the work itself. That way we can take a look at the site and discuss in person to generate an accurate estimate and meet your needs! We offer walkthroughs free of charge in the Denver Metro area!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we'll schedule a walkthrough to take a look at what you need done. Some jobs are easier to estimate site unseen (hot water heater installation, for example), but for others like gas pipe installation we really like to see the space we'll be working in before generating a quote. Once the walkthrough (if necessary) has happened, we get an estimate sent to you for your review. If the price is agreeable to you, we get you on our work schedule to take care of your project. Our main goal is to get you an accurate estimate, and provide you with quality work that meets your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Henry and Lee have both been working in plumbing for over a decade. From small residential repairs to large-scale commercial projects, they have extensive experience with providing quality work. Lee recently received his Master's Plumbing license in the state of Colorado.
