Above and beyond service through and through! We contacted PerCon Solutions for help with our WiFi m. It was constantly lagging and going over data. Greg (the owner) found that our channels were totally congested and showed us his analysis with a super helpful visual breakdown. He made the whole thing easy to understand and honestly turned it into a fun learning moment.
He was on time, fully prepared and communicated great from start to finish. Our WiFi has never been better! We also found out he offers smart-home services, so we’re already working with PerCon on that too. He’s now designing our smart home, and we’re so excited to see the results!
