So I tried to come as prepared as possible, but there were a few papers I forgot. She was very personable and easy to talk to. We had a lot of unique situations going on, so with all that, I think she did a great job. We have always done our own taxes, but this year, we knew we needed help. Thank you.

Brenda was very professional, accurate, patient, and flexible. She had no trouble with the wrinkles we had on our return. She helped us on a short schedule and never once tried to intimidate as some tax accountants have done. Her fees were reasonable and we feel confident that our mess is straightened out. It was worth every cent to have her expert advice since tax law is not my thing. Very positive experience. Will go back next year.

Brenda was awesome! She was fast to reply to our Thumbtack request. Obviously experienced, she worked really hard to help us get our taxes done and done right and e-filed on the spot. We had a complicated situation being self-employed, a large family, and moving to another state and she handled it all with confidence. She's honest, fair, attentive to details, and sympathetic to what it is to be a business owner. She explained things and provided a hard copy of everything and a secure email version and offered to amend the return if we found anything else that qualified. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We look forward to being repeat customers in the future.

I was astounded that she actually sat down with me in her office and did my taxes while I was there. It gave her time to get to know me and me time to get to know her. I left with copies of my tax documents in hand and with a promise to return next year.
