Whenever I meet someone new I ask them,what are your goals? Short term, long term, your goals are the most important thing to me. I have had my struggles with weight and I know that it helps to have someone there to remind you of your goals, and to push you when it gets tough. Also, my clients tell me that my level of attention is better than any other trainer they've worked with. I'm not just here to spot you and tell you what exercises to do, I'm here to help you maintain form, proper technique, and make sure we're reaching your goals. I love it when a client tells me that they're down an inch, or they've lost some more weight, or they're feeling better than they've felt in a long time. I love seeing people succeed, it's what makes what I do so rewarding.

Adrian is awesome! I've been training with him since December 2013. I love coming into the gym and knowing I'm going to not only have a great work out but have fun doing it too. I've not only lost lbs, and dropped several pants sizes, I feel better. Before working out with Adrian, I was the typical cardio girl and light Pilates. Sure I was "thin" but I wasn't fit, and I wasn't able to build any muscle or definition. After just the first session, I was sore in places I didn't even know existed. The best part about having Adrian as a trainer is knowing I have his full attention, and my goals are his number one priority. I've had trainers before, where all they do is show me the excerise and spend the reminder of the time on their phone. ( Not worth your time or money). But every session with Adrian, we'll go over my goals, he'll ask about my diet, and push me harder than I could ever go on my own. Adrian is a very skilled trainer with a lot of knowledge on health and fitness. I recommend him to everyone I know!

Adrian Flores is by far the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. He pushes me just enough and keeps me motivated to keep going when the workout is getting tough. I see improvement in my strength, endurance, and measurements after just a couple weeks. I trained with him pre-baby and post baby. I was back in my pre pregnancy clothes in no time.

I have always appreciated Adrian being as committed to my workouts as I was. He proved to be dependable, keeping his appointments with me and always being on time. I trust him and his training knowledge and learned many valuable tips that I have continued to apply to my on-going healthy lifestyle. One thing that stood out for me about Adrian is that he would ask me about my goals and what I wanted out of my workouts whereas the prior trainers I had did not. He also impressed me with leading by example with his own commitment to healthy eating and training.
