- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 5% discount to cash customers as well as military and emergency personnel as we are proudly Veteran owned and operated. We offer a free front door painting as an incentive because there's nothing like a "first impression." We also offer a free design/color consultation if you require help in color selection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact with the customer enables us to gather information regarding the project. If we are able to fulfill the needs of the customer, we schedule an on-site estimate and provide a same or next day estimate for the project. If you decide to hire us, our design consultant will provide a complimentary hour of color selection the day the agreement is signed. Once work is complete, we require a physical walk through the home to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew has combined experience of over 50 years in the painting industry. We also have.a designer on staff to help any client with color selection, coordination and inspiration.
