Introduction

We try to make the process as simple as possible. We will never ask you to remove screens. 5 years of delivering beyond expected results. We take our appointments very seriously as your time is the most valuable. Our rates are flat and fairly easy for you to calculate. A standard sliding window with two total panes is charged at $13 for the cleaning inside and out, along with screens and tracks. The cleaning and rates can be scaled back from there, giving you the ability to cater to your liking.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Windows are priced at flat rate of $8 per 2 pane window, inside and out. Screen cleaning adds $2 each and track cleaning also adds $2 per window.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always walk the property to fully understand what the customer's priorities are. Same when complete, as I have them inspect the work before I leave the property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a retail manager for 16 years, I am well aware of how to use all available resources to ensure our clients' expectations are met and their experience is nothing short of special.
