- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide an accurate price for all services provided. As a Thumbtack user, there is no charge for us to meet with you, review the situation, provide an accurate price and if you OK the work, we typically are prepared to complete the work on the same day
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand the idea of having a professional come into your home and being concerned about what the experience will be like, often times it may be the first time needing a professional plumber. Our promise to our new customers is to listen, understand , develop solutions and allow you to choose what is best for you. Essentially we want to accomplish what you were expecting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certifications and on going training are essential in keeping our technicians up to date. All of our technicians carry a Master Plumber license along with an ongoing training in providing excellent customer service
