Mark did a great job cleaning out our ducts which were full of hair and dust from the previous owners. The pricing was very transparent, and the pictures/videos of the vents before and after helped us to feel as though our money was well spent on this.

VentX was quick to respond after I sent in my inquiry. They set up a visit for a free inspection. Mark was our service provider and took pictures to show our vents and the work that was needed/not needed. We were able to book an appointment directly with Mark so we knew he would be working on the vents he had already seen. Mark showed up on time for both appointments. Cleaned our ducts and dryer vents. He even replaced our lint trap and fixed the external dryer vent. Overall we had a great experience with both Mark and the company. Would definitely book again!
