Had the entire interior of the house repainted. Loved everything about this experience. Dan's professionalism, knowledge and comprehension of what I needed done was exemplary and his paint crew led by Nick was outstanding. Nick was engaged and articulate and very forthcoming about the steps he and his crew would be taking. They were on time, diligent and each of the crew was polite and respectful. The cleanup was perfect and the end result was even better than expected. (and the price came in lower than one estimate and the same as the other estimate) I would highly recommend Dan and his crew and will definitely use them for some outside house painting as well.

If I could choose all the descriptions, I would! Shaun and company did such a great job on my little condo, it is now officially a treat to live here. 🥰 The whole place feels like it got a great face lift and I feel like I’ve got sunshine on my walls. They were very professional and good at communicating with me, the homeowner, every step of the way. The supervisor and his assistant did a high quality job and paid attention to every detail. The job started and was done on time, as promised. They cleaned up the job site and did a walk-through with me to make sure I was satisfied with their work. We just had the majority of the inside of our house painted and it looks absolutely AMAZING!!! The team was efficient and detailed. As a perfectionist, clean lines between our walls and ceilings and attention to detail are two very important things to me and I could not be happier with how our house looks. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do a custom quote for each job. We want to understand your vision for the project and we need to physically see the job to provide the most accurate price and gauge the scope of the work. Wall heights, surface repairs, surface textures, paint quality, etc. all play a role in the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the customer after receiving their estimate request 2. Find a day & time when we can meet at the property being painted 3. Listen to the customers needs and expectations for the project 4. Enter the project details in our computer to create the proposal for the project 5. Review the proposal with the customer to ensure all the details were captured 6. Embrace questions from customer 7. Leave a proposal with the customer 8. Follow-up with the customer within 1 week
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each CertaPro painter is highly trained and skilled - we make sure the work is done professionally every time! Our painters have many years experience in the industry. If we have a painter with minimal experience, they are paired with an experienced painter.
