THE INITIAL CONSULTATION: This guide will help you to better understand what to expect at your first visit to Flatirons Integrative Health & Nutrition. Though, as always, if you have any questions regarding our practice or your care, please do not hesitate to call or email our team and we will answer all of your queries. INTRODUCTORY MEET & GREET During your initial consultation with from Flatirons Integrative Health & Nutrition, you will have the time to get to know your practitioner. Your practitioner will explain the way that we approach functional wellness and we will be able to answer any questions that you may have to make sure that you are confident and comfortable with your care plan. SHARE YOUR STORY The first session is the time for you to share your story with us. Once you tell us about your primary concerns, health history, and lifestyle, we will be able to better formulate a healthcare plan specifically tailored to you. The more you share, the more we will be able to personalize your condition management protocol. LAB REVIEW You may either send us your pertinent healthcare records before you appointment or you may bring them with you to your initial consultation. Once our practitioners are able to review your previous lab work, we will be able to better determine your healthcare status, personalize your care, and recommend any additional testing that may be needed.
