- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to provide the customer with the most accurate estimate possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Open and timely communication is the most important part of the “process”. In fact, we don’t like to use the word process because it implies that our customers are pushed through a painting assembly line. This is not who we are. We feel that every customer’s journey is an important customized experience. We walk with the customer through every step along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other than field work and operational management I also have a masters degree in Business Management from the University of Delaware.
