This company was EXCELLENT in every way...they responded to my inquiry with a quote almost immediately. Their fee was very fair. They were on time and always in communication with me during the whole move. It was a small but very tricky job. Long precarious outside stairway and narrow front door. They carefully wrapped a leather sectional and got it safely in the building without any damage! And their attitude was positive and professional. Highly recommend them!!

Eric and Julie showed up on time to move a smallish 2 bedroom apartment. I think it took them longer to load and unload than they anticipated. Not sure if they had plans for later in the day or another move, but the unloading didn't go smoothly. They damaged a dresser, ripped a mattress pad that got caught on something, bent a TV stand and some of the storage pieces had to be put back together. They agreed to put $70 back on the cc for the damage but it amounted to $.60 per lb. They were very nice, very professional and tried several times to get a sofa into the basement, but it was too big for the door opening. Just didn't like the fact that I'm sure they knew they damaged the dresser but didn't say anything. Not sure if I would use them again.
