FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial inspection to determine the source of the contamination and correct treatment method. Once the source has been identified, we treat the affected areas using an applicator most suited to the form of contamination. Depending on the level of contamination we follow our direct application with our dry vapor technology to neutralize any remaining contaminants by circulating and permeating the space evenly to destroy the remaining contaminants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have held a OSHA's highest level HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) certification since 2013 and am trained in identifying and eliminating sources of contamination. We are licensed and insured to operate in residential and commercial properties across the state of Colorado. The solutions we utilize are EPA-registered and are used to neutralize pathogens including Salmonella, Influenza, HIV, and Hepatitis to name a few. Our approach leaves no harmful residue behind; ensuring a safe and sanitary space.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in the decontamination and odor removal industry since 2013. The 2013 Floods across the Front Range is what began this journey. I felt compelled to help my community recover from this intense period through direct physical action. Working 80-90 hours a week hauling soaking wet debris from basements and crawl spaces is what I live for!
