I don't just go through the motions. Each client is individually vital to me, and I treat them as such. I did not get into personal training for the glamour of it. I got into it because I know how therapeutic it can be. I have personally turned my life around through well-rounded wellness, and I have guided countless others through similar transformations. Connection. I love getting to know people on an authentic level. When you spend at least a couple hours a week with a person, you form a unique bond. That is sometimes more than people get to spend with their friends and family on a consistent basis. This connection makes the goals and transformations accomplished that much more special.

Ashley Frank is an awesome personal trainer! She truly cares about her clients and their needs! She is also just an awesome kind caring person! She caters your workout to what she sees that your body needs. Absolutely love her and would recommend her to anyone...because she could really work with anyone and cater to their needs accordingly!

WARNING!!! If you train with Ashley, you will never be able to train with another trainer again! She will get you hooked on her creative workouts, fun and motivating personality and her dedication to making sure you reach your fitness goals! I found it out the hard way (when she moved to a gym that was too far for me to commute to) that other trainers simply do not compare. I can be stubborn and rationalize anything (why I can’t make a workout, why cocktails with friends for every occasion imaginable are necessary, etc.) and Ashley has been the only one that calls me out and keeps me motivated to stick with our programs. And even though she is tough, I would still look forward to our workouts. We very rarely repeated an exercise, and everything we did pushed me to a new limit, both physically and mentally. So even on those days where I was plateauing and would start to get frustrated, I would still leave our session feeling accomplished because of the things I was able to do and see improvement on during our sessions. She completely understands the importance of the mental aspect behind creating and sticking to a healthy fitness routine. She is not the type of trainer that has 10 different workouts, for maybe 3-4 different body types/goals, and just uses those to get through each client session of the day/week. Everything is tailored to help motivate the client, and I found this to be the major difference between her and other trainers. I knew she was dedicated to me, and my goals, and was spending the added effort to make sure I was doing what I was supposed to be doing even when I wasn’t with her outside of the gym. It makes it hard to stray from your goals when you know someone is that invested in you. Not to mention the results are motivating, too! With Ashley, I lost over 20 pounds and felt so strong! I am beyond thrilled that Ashley is now training in an area where I can see her again, and I am so excited for our first session!

Ashley was a great trainer. She was always on time, had a zillion different exercises so I never got bored, and was always helpful with nutrition advice. She was great. When I first went to her I had a bad back and knees and after finishing my work with her, I was able to stand up straight. Because she worked with me so well, both my mental and physical health greatly improved.
