At 41 I decided to get a mental 'tune-up'. My mental rebuild required a Lamborghini-Brain-Mechanic. A C.E.O. of cerebral-configuration. An emotional-earthmover. A Spiritual-Linebacker if you will. Yet, it was vital that this person possessed the ability to speak softly and with the kind-hearted nature and empathy of a lifelong best-friend. I'll give you one guess. Yep. Susanne. Through kind questions, undivided attention and whitty-quips; we worked together to resurrect the treasure chest of my 'awesomeness' that I had long forgotten I possessed. I dont see it as a 'new chapter' in my life - I started reading a whole new book. A truly beautiful feeling. ~ With all my being, I thank you Susanne for your guidance. Most highly motivated athletes can navigate through the expert recommendations, training schedules and nutrition plans to accomplish their athletic goals whether it be their first 5k or an Ironman. I was half way through training for my first Ironman when I was introduced to Susanne. I knew from our first conversation, that her athletic and life experiences were going to help me through this training adventure. There is no doubt I could have done this alone, however Susanne helped guide me through with my core, both my physical core and my emotional core. She asked me dig deep beyond the training to focus my efforts on something more than the physical part of what I was trying to accomplish. Certainly there were discussions on running and biking form and optimal nutrition. However, what will get me to the finish line is the inner work Susanne pushed me to do while on this journey. Her enthusiasm for my success and willingness to talk me off ledges and through tough weeks will certainly be remembered and highly valued along my 140.6 mile day.

Yes. I charge 90/hour as my base rate.

I offer a 15 minute phone consultation before scheduling any coaching session. I believe an important part of a coach/client relationship is mutual respect, confidence and willingness to learn.
