I love Samantha! She meets you where you’re at, no matter what level of experience you have, and makes sure you have a hard workout that leaves you feeling tired but good at the end of it. I never thought I could survive a half hour of even the mildest exercise without collapsing or throwing up, and I even almost quit after our first session, but Samantha is an incredible trainer. So kind, supportive, and fun. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Sam is the first trainer I ever worked with. 5 years later, it has been the smartest decision ever. Sam is a true pro. Her knowledge and preparation for each session is equally matched with her genuine caring and supportive nature. Sam is intuitive, “listens” to your body and designs sessions which constantly challenge you. After beginning our sessions in a gym. we seamlessly transitioned to virtual sessions at home due to Covid. On a personal level, Sam is a beautiful and special soul, who’s smile resonates throughout our sessions, making them fun while also challenging. She is also incredibly helpful with all wellness aspects, including nutrition. I can’t recommend her highly enough…she is fantastic!

It’s so difficult to pick just three attributes because Samantha is the very best! I highly recommend Samantha to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and health - whether the goal is to lose weight, build more lean muscle mass and reduce body fat, increase stamina and energy, or (as in most cases) a combination of these objectives. I’ve worked with Samantha for five plus years, and she is by far the best trainer I’ve had.
