    Purchasing Abby's services was the best gift I've ever given myself! She is knowledgeable, encouraging and keeps you accountable, which was exactly what I needed. After multiple injuries and a few years of feeling sorry for myself, I fell off the fitness (and diet) wagon. I hired Abby, and after our 1st session, I knew she was exactly what I needed.     I’ve been working with Abby for a few months, both as a coach and as a personal trainer. The differences I see in myself, both mentally and physically are a direct result of her work. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! I'm constantly reading. The body is a complex machine and we're always acquiring new information. It's incredibly important for me to stay up-to-date with the latest in prenatal and postnatal and women's fitness.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been an encourager. It's at the core of who I am. In addition, I have always loved to be physically active. It was a very natural progression of things for me to choose personal training. In a way, I think it chose me.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for credentials and experience. You get what you pay for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's a lot more than just showing a few exercises. I take great pride in staying up to date on exercise physiology, the latest advances in exercise technology, and the psychology of motivation. I go the extra mile with my clients because health is the basis for our lives. I want my clients to strive for vitality. I want them not just to live but to be alive!
