- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Pilates sessions are customized and results-focused. Single sessions are $75 for Reformer and $65 for Mat. Clients who are committed to consistent progress often choose package options for preferred scheduling and savings. Because each program is personalized and availability is limited, I recommend starting with a complimentary session to assess goals and create a structured plan. From there, we'll determine the best package based on your desired frequency and results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
pI start by learning about your goals, experience level, and any injuries so I can create a safe, personalized plan for you. New clients complete a brief intake form, and our first session includes movement assessment, core activation, and a tailored Pilates flow designed around your needs. From there, I recommend a structured plan to help you reach your goals and see results in a supportive and focused environment.
