- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you work with a Realtor, as a Buyer, there are no fees. We are paid upon the successful closing of your home by the Listing Broker's Office. When we work with a property owner we have many different ways of working with them regarding compensation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am looking to make sure your experience is a good one so getting pre-qualified is a must. I am highly knowledgeable about all kinds of loan programs, including FREE mortgage grant money to help you utilize your resources and get you moving into a new home, sooner. We work together to put an action plan in place so you are always informed about where you are in the process. I have a step-by-step guide that will help set the right expectations about how we can work together as a team and help you feel more at ease with investing in your first or second home, investment property, or commercial building.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a real estate professional for over 24 years. Before real estate I was an apartment manager for a large community in Columbus, Ohio. I have worked for independent offices but also spent 10 years as an On-Site Sales Counselor for a national home builder. I have experience from new home construction, commercial and residential sales, as well as property management.
