Introduction: I have been practicing energy healing for 7 years, and have a strong intuitive awareness of the subtle body. I bring this awareness into everything I do--whether it's hands on healing, teaching yoga or guiding meditation. I am very skilled at holding space in a way where clients feel safe exploring their physical bodies, energy bodies and emotional bodies. I empower people in the community to value self-care, and provide tools for self-healing.
It lights me up to see the people around me seeking healing, so they may see more clearly into their authentic selves, and engage with the world from a place of grounded clarity. Often we place the fate of our health into the hands of medical professionals, but I find it deepy nourishing to practice trusting ones own intuition to find the keys to true health. If we quiet the mind, our inner wisdom can be heard.

Steph's healing work is comprehensive and calming. She immediately put me at ease as this was my first experience with energy work. I gained a lot of insight about myself and my personal journey, and Steph kindly listened, presently worked, and took time for debriefing after the session. Steph's reiki and crystal healing work is incredibly powerful. As a reiki master i have high standards for people who work on me. Steph exceeds them all. Respectful, conscientious, caring, intuitive, and very powerful. Her treatments are like a trip to the clouds. Just a writing this is making me want one! You'll need to get in line, I'm booking my session now :)

Steph had such a natural and easy connection with me as instructor and friend, and very impressively is able to correct or supplement my positions and understanding of the yoga session. The language they use to guide the poses and direct my movement is easy to understand and incredibly helpful, as it's direct in what I am struggling with, and instructional in the best way. The sessions are so comfortable with Steph, always very aware of respect and consent, so it's always a safe space and interaction!
