- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a rate card for my services, but I tailor my fees to fit the project. I don't like having rate be the decision making factor. I'm willing to negotiate to find a fair price point so the client gets what they want,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get together with every client, either in person or by phone, to talk about their vision of the project, how they want or need to work, and what they expect from me. I approach every project with an open mind, and am ready to try new things if that's what's necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with clients in audio and video since 1987. I've worked with major Hollywood stars and local folks, and I treat them all with the same respect.
