Introduction
I excel in developing well rounded strength and cardio routines for my clients in addition to therapeutic practices to help them find a healthy lifelong balance in all things movement. I guide individuals train smarter (but also hard!) in order to develop healthy movement patterns and exercises which help build muscle and loose fat. I also specialize in therapeutic and holistic yoga for strength and mobility and stress relief and recovery.
One Day at a time Wellness is grounded in the idea that everyone is on their way to oneness and wholeness within themselves. Catered to the individual, your program will be designed around your individual needs and unique goals.
One of my specialties is helping people reduce back pain or other joint pain and to strengthen their core.

Sarah Granberry is a great all-round fitness professional. She is an experienced personal trainer, yoga instructor, and movement coach. I experienced her work in all of those capacities. Particularly notable is the type of yoga she taught at Rice University and privately, which was yoga for strength and mobility. This was a new type for me and led me to go deeper into the kind of movement culture practiced in Boulder. she is great for young people who want to gain strength and learn moves like the various handstands, but also for people like me, heading to late middle age and struggling with arthritic joints and lost strength. Sarah helped me improve my knees and increase my strength more than I would have thought possible.

Sarah is an excellent mobility teacher who provides very specific feedback on how to improve your practice. Equally effective in-person or via live video, she will give you constant feedback. She is very enthusiastic and always changes things up to keep it interesting and at the best level for your abilities. Highly recommend Sarah!

Sarah was an amazing yoga teacher that took this small group through the pandemic. Spread out by distance, she really brought us together and I just wish I was in the same town as Sarah so I could reconnect with this wonderful person.

Sarah was amazing to work with. I could not recommend her more highly.
She has excellent knowledge of physiology, yoga and movement sciences, but her best quality is her enthusiasm and her heart. She made our sessions fun and engaging which for me totally reenergized my motivation for fitness. I will DEFINITELY continue to work with her.
