I excel in developing well rounded strength and cardio routines for my clients in addition to therapeutic practices to help them find a healthy lifelong balance in all things movement. I guide individuals train smarter (but also hard!) in order to develop healthy movement patterns and exercises which help build muscle and loose fat. I also specialize in therapeutic and holistic yoga for strength and mobility and stress relief and recovery.
One Day at a time Wellness is grounded in the idea that everyone is on their way to oneness and wholeness within themselves. Catered to the individual, your program will be designed around your individual needs and unique goals.
One of my specialties is helping people reduce back pain or other joint pain and to strengthen their core.
