We needed a last minute move out cleaning, Steven was the first to respond and was able to fit our cleaning in asap! He had clear and promt communication, kept us up to date when things changed and was still able to get our apartment cleaned personally. He went above and beyond to make sure the job got done and we were taken care of. We would definitely recommend his services!

Steven and Rick were amazing people they are good with kids animals and adults. There work was amazing quality the only thing is with them being a 2 man crew it took a about 4 days longer than they projected to finish my basement which I had no real issue with because they went above and beyond just to make sure I was 100 percent happy and I am

They were a great experience, I had contracted a bathroom remodel through them and any questions I had about the job, materials etc they went above and beyond to explain the answers to the questions that I asked he gave me a total sense of comfort with them. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
service calls are 2 hr min. Estamates are not free but if you accept my proposal I will take off the cost of the estamate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
every interaction begins with us showing up on time , being professional, and getting to know you as a person, once that has happened we will set the agenda and address the reason for the call out. After that we will start the estamate being 100% transparent the whole time. We will then build 2 or 3 options for you and then I will give my professional recommendation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have been in the construction industry both remodel and new construction for 18 years
