FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is $65-$125 an hour depending upon your vicinity to me and the size of your group. I offer discounts if you purchase 4 or more lessons at once. If you come to my home in Brighton (right off 76 and 120th Avenue in Brighton/Commerce City) I charge $50. Please inquire for my corporate rates. You can send me an email or visit my website for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At our first session together (or even before on the telpehone) I like to take a little bit of time getting to know you. I'll ask you about your goals and what it is you hope to gain through a yoga practice, other exercise you do or have done, injuries you may be working with, etc. We'll jump right in from there. I have students that enjoy getting emails/homework about the poses we did and even seek guidance about nutritition. If those are things you are interested in I am more than happy to connect with you in that way too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my 200 hour teacher training at YogaWorks in Santa Monica, CA with renowned teacher Annie Carpenter and went on to complete my 500 hour certification as an apprentice to Jeanne Heileman and Lisa Walford. I also just completed a weeklong Adaptive Yoga Teacher Training with Matthew Sanford at Mind Body Solutions in Minnesota in September 2015.I practice regularly with a variety of teachers, read lots of articles, and take a number of workshops throughout the year.
