- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs are estimated on a job by job basis. We are not a "one coat" paint company. Our estimates always include all labor, paint and other materials to complete the job including the required numbers of coats needed for full, even coverage,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with meeting for the initial estimate of work to be done. We explain what products we use, our warranty information and answer any questions the customer has. We then provide the customer with a copy of our liability insurance, a printed description of the products we offer, a pamphlet about our company and a paper and electronic copy of the estimate. When we are hired for the job, if needed we will meet again for a color consultation and will provide samples if needed.
