- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the project. Many things are taken into consideration such as the size of the space, ceiling height, current wall texture, difficulty of working in the space, product costs and of course the sample that is selected. We are willing to work with all our clients to come up with a solution that will be fair to both the client and the business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An appointment is schedule to meet client in the space to be painted. We review samples as well as any inspiration pictures the client may have found. We help select colors and give suggestions on where to stop or change color for an open floor plan, rooms are measured and a quote is provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in many product lines, attend classes at least once per year, and have trained other decorative painters on certain finishes. Design trends are always changing. To stay current in this business one must be continuously learning new products and techniques. I work regularly to update my portfolio so it stays current and I have something to show for everyone's taste. If I do not have a design that works for your space I will work with you to create something that you will love.
