After reviewing the scope of work and discussing expectations, Dan quickly coordinated a team to frame and pour the new concrete patio—much faster than we anticipated. We requested a few minor cosmetic changes after the framing had begun. Dan and his team were accommodating and, after a brief discussion to confirm feasibility, made the adjustments. The result turned out extremely well. After a five-day curing period, Dan’s team returned to remove the tarp and framing and put the final touches on the patio. The final step was a comprehensive site clean-up, which included removing a small tree that had been cleared during the project, along with any other debris. They left the site looking better than they found it. Gator wasn’t the cheapest quote I received, but their thorough preparation, attention to detail during curing, and post-project clean-up made the higher cost well worth it. The professionalism and experience of Dan and his team stood out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Gator for future projects."See more

He immediately diagnosed my outlet problems and quickly fixed them, as well as spending another 15 minutes improving one of my outlets. He also consulted on possibility of replacing my water heater in the future, and was the only person who’s looked at it to be able to tell me the model and how old it is! All of this for just the $50 consultation fee! I would highly recommend Mitch for any job you need done on your house (electrical, construction, etc)! He’s prompt, courteous, super informative every step of the way, and provides a Craftsmanship lifetime warranty on all his work."See more

All the while doing the work with 5 tenants living at the unit. The crew was polite and clean and I got zero complaints from the tenants about the workers. Carlos is super easy to work with and very organized. I got regular updates with pictures daily. On top of the quality of the work, was the price. Very reasonable and fair. Thousands of dollars less than other bidders. He's a reasonable guy and willing to work with your budge.
