All the while doing the work with 5 tenants living at the unit. The crew was polite and clean and I got zero complaints from the tenants about the workers. Carlos is super easy to work with and very organized. I got regular updates with pictures daily. On top of the quality of the work, was the price. Very reasonable and fair. Thousands of dollars less than other bidders. He's a reasonable guy and willing to work with your budge. I'm so psyched to add Caz home improvements to my team, that I'm having them do work at my own home.
