Our home is 30+ years old and contained the original kitchen (cabinets, counters, lighting and soffits). We chose to work with A2Z based on their kitchen design recommendations and cost proposal. Greg Louis, Project Manager, was amazing to work with by upholding construction timeline and efficient communication. The workers assigned to our project were respectful, kind and conducted an amazing kitchen transformation. We highly recommend A2Z for any of your remodel projects!

We can sum up our review of A2Z Builders with one sentence: If you are not using A2Z Builders for your remodel/build you might be making a big mistake.Our project consisted of:Kitchen remodel and appliancesTwo (2) bathrooms remodeled with vanities, fixtures, flooring and paintHardwood flooring installed in lower level of house, 4 rooms and stairway to landing and upper levels, including baseboard installationFireplace modification and cabinet installation in family roomPainting/Drywall repair in lower level of houseRemoval and finish of pony walls living roomOur experience with A2Z Builders:What stood out most was the absence of the typical Us versus Them dynamic often encountered with contractors. It was a collaborative atmosphere where our Project Manager, Tom shared and understood our vision for the project. Our kitchen designer Michelle also understood our vision and facilitated the kitchen remodel.Communication with Tom was excellent. We knew each week what was to take place and when.They showed up. Work was always done as planned and on time.A few unexpected issues arose, but Toms solution was always the best solution in resolving the issues. Tom was always concerned with details.After 30-50 % of the project was complete we had developed a trust with Tom and A2Z Builders. At that point we did not have to question what we were told.At no point did we feel A2Z was cutting corners to expedite the project or cut costs.We utilized several of their partners and were pleased with the materials and costs.A2Z Builders exceeded our expectations. Their commitment to client satisfaction set a standard that few contractors can match. In recent days, A2Z Builders of Denver completed a restoration project for our basement that had been flooded by a break in a sprinkler pipe. After mitigation and demolition was completed, we retained A2Z to put things back together, a process that involved replacing, sanding, and taping drywall; carpentry to repair door trim and baseboards; two coats of paint on everything; and the installation of new carpeting throughout. The workmen were skilled, courteous, deferential, responsive, and cleaned the workspace at the end of each day. Of special importance to us were quality of work, timeliness, responsiveness to changes and special requests – all of which occurred to our great satisfaction. And finally, the project management was available, cooperative, and clearly sought to please. We can summarize the experience by saying simply that, without hesitation, we would re-engage A2Z and recommend the company most highly.

Phenomenal work at very reasonable prices. Josh was my assigned project manager, and I have never had someone so on top of things, and so communicative. Josh would walk through my house with a video running and text it to me so I could see progress while I was away. The end product looks like it was original to the home. Highly recommend.

Finding a solid contractor is always a challenge and doubly so when you are new in a city. Satchel and A2Z simply did an excellent job. Our project required both city and landmark permitting which Satchel and A2Z managed at every step. We simply couldn’t have succeeded in this project without Satchel’s day to day management and oversight of the project while we resided out of state. My only regret is we didn’t put even more projects on their plate. We will definitely work with Satchel again in the future.
