- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always do my best to meet the financial needs of my clients and am willing to discuss all options possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet new customers in person to get an understanding of their personalities and priorities and to see what they are looking for in a coordinator. During this time I discuss what's included in my services and find out if they have any special requests.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I got married we hired a full time wedding planner and we found that we appreciated the day of services the most. I found that I was fully capable of planning and organizing the wedding on my own, but having someone to execute my vision on the day of was a blessing. I contemplated trying to get into the business for about a year. And, then a friend asked me to coordinate her wedding (my first one ever!) and I fell in love with the job. I've been doing it ever since!
