Kelly was absolutely amazing! We can't say enough about her, she helped us so much with our wedding day. We had a large wedding, 200+ people. She was organized and on top of everything. She met with us multiple times before our wedding to go over details and to make sure we were feeling comfortable with everything. She was readily available and flexible with last minute changes, and she was great at communicating with and coordinating the vendors. There were no hiccups on our wedding day thanks to Kelly's great work organizing everything! We can't speak highly enough about Kelly and would recommend her to all of our friends and family. I want to thank Kelly for saving the day and helping me make my wedding day go smoothly! She was very punctual with communication and contacted my other vendors and picked up my flowers that were out of my way. If you are like me and likes to plan your wedding yourself for the most part and don't want to spend a fortune on a planner she is your go-to. She has a sweet personality and is on top of her game as far as setting up and taking down as well as making sure the big day goes smoothly. My wedding would not have been possible without her.

Kelly is absolutely amazing! I don't know what we would have done without her! She made our wedding run so smoothly and took care of every last detail. She was also very approachable and friendly. I would 100% recommend her as a coordinator. If you're thinking about hiring her, DO IT! You will not be disappointed :)

I was so stressed about how I was going to make sure everything for my wedding was going to flow together and who was going to help me make sure everything was where it needs to be. Then I found Kelly! I had no idea that you could even hire a day of coordinator! I loved her from the moment I met her, he was so easy to talk to and so professional! She remember every little thing that I wanted for our wedding day! All my decoration looked exactly as I pictured them! She came to the rehearsal and made sure everyone was where they needed to be and who they needed to be with. She was the best decision that I made throughout the whole wedding. Without her my dream would have been possible! I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

Having Kelly Tracy as our day-of coordinator was by far the best decision we made when planning our wedding. At first we didn’t realize just how many details went into coordinating several different vendors, and it was amazing to have her help out with so many different things. Our wedding day was beyond perfect, and we owe so much of that to Kelly and her meticulous planning and attention to detail - there is no way we would have had such a great day without her. I know our families appreciated having her around as well, as they were able to relax and not worry about things getting done since she was so on top of everything. She met with me a couple of times before the big day in order to get an idea of our wedding day vision and to go over various planning specifics. She had a lot of great ideas on how to make the day a success! She also attended our rehearsal the day before and had everything and everyone organized which really helped with the nerves! You could tell she had put a lot effort into getting everything coordinated, including putting together a detailed day-of timeline that ensured everything went as planned with no problems. She contacted all our vendors prior to the wedding day to make sure we were all on the same page regarding arrival times and other details. On the day of, she set up decorations for the ceremony and reception, worked with the caterer, photographer, delivery people and other vendors, coordinated the timing for the ceremony, helped move around sound equipment, ensured everything stayed on schedule, handed out tip money, made sure everything got into the right car at the end of the day, and even did some announcements for us since we didn’t have a DJ. I’m sure there were many other things she did that I’m not even aware of since I felt we had nothing to worry about with her being there – we could just enjoy our special day! We had many guests and relatives comment about how helpful she was. When we started wedding planning, I wasn’t aware how important it is to have a day-of coordinator, and now I couldn’t imagine doing it without one.
