I can't thank Zach and Flatirons Painting and Remodeling enough for their great work. First off, Zach is very responsive to messaging. If I had a question - he would answer it in an extremely timely manner. When he came to my house to go over my projects (kitchen and office) I could tell from the start that he was the man for the job. He was receptive to my ideas and even had great suggestions of his own that I'm so happy we went through with. He has a very keen eye for detail. My kitchen now looks amazing with the great painting and installation of things like a hanging pot rack that he had done. My office had a closet that was too narrow for a closet rod (odd setup). Zach came up with a great idea to install a series of 3 shelves that have provided me excellent storage. The painting, new trim, and repair work on the walls left my office looking immaculate. I'm very happy. I can't wait to have him come back and work on renovating my entire garage after seeing the work he has already done. My neighbor came by and wants him to work on his home as well. If you have any project whether it is big or small you should certainly contact Zach and his team. You won't be disappointed.

Zach replaced a kitchen faucet for us and when encountering an older/odd pipe size, he used great problem solving skills to identify how to get around having to redo the under sink plumbing, or having to return and exchange the faucet we had selected. He and I actually ran to Home Depot and found the necessary fittings, and he was done shortly after returning. Very clean work, very professional, and will definitely use him again for additional work.

Hello, our pricing typical varies per job. We really need to be on site and have a good look at the project and make sure we understand the scope of work and what its going to take on our end to complete. All of our estimates are free. There will not be a charge for us to come take a look.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer starts with a free walk through and estimate. We work one on one getting to know your goals and vision answering all your questions and giving you plenty of references to help achieve your goals.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the industry for 10 years. I started as a handy man for a general contractor and worked up to senior project manager serving the Denver Metro Area.
