- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am working with a new customer I make sure I really understand what they need before offering solutions. I am knowledgeable and ask good questions to make sure that I fulfill my customers needs. Once that process is complete I can make appropriate suggestions and an action plan to get the job completed on time and on budget.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Father is in the same field and I learned how to do this work from him. He is a real pro and taught me well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I can work with any type of customer from those that do extensive research and know exactly what they want, to customers that do not know how to describe what needs to be done. In either case I am patient and knowledgeable. I can do exactly what is needed in any scenario.
