- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will offer discounts & holiday promotional deals as our company grows without a doubt. Do note that we do our best to price our services accordingly & fair, so everyone’s happy all around.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for a new customer, is fairly easy & painless to do. We either touch base through text messages, email or phone number. Calling works the best! We just ask you a few questions about what you’re needing done, where you’re located at & what time works best for you. Easy Peasy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Once a week we’ll have a safety meeting that goes over the proper way of ratcheting things down onto the trailer & demonstrate what proper care with items looks like for our safety.
