Introduction: Welcome! I am glad you are here. There is a reason you have initiated a search for support and I applaud you for taking that first step. It takes wisdom and bravery to reach out for coaching support to get the life you want. I want to help you get there. Here is a little more about me and how I will help to support your journey.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work. My coaching framework consists of a combination of strengths perspective, developmental psychology and cognitive behavioral concepts. Our work together starts with setting goals. If you are unsure of your goals we will create them together from a holistic perspective based on your needs. We will explore your attachment style and how you are showing up in the relationships around you as well as the relationship you have with yourself. I will teach you powerful tools to use your voice and communicate effectively in your relationships. Sessions are done by phone or video and will be tailored to your desired outcomes. I will meet you right where you are and we will work at a pace that is comfortable for you. I try to incorporate some humor in my sessions because after all, laughter is the best medicine!
My own journey has led me to become a personal coach. I have had my share of counseling over the years, but it wasn't until I met my own personal coach that my life changed for the better and now I want to be able to help others in the same way.
