What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rate starts at $135/hr for two movers whether it is labor service (no truck), or residential move with a truck. Rate of $5/hr added for jobs booked on Fridays & Saturdays. Fees are applicable for items over 250lbs as well as when 3rd floor staircases are involved. We offer discounts to seniors, military, and repeat customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather information on your upcoming move including origin & destination addresses, whether handicap involved (stairs, elevators, or walk-distance), and inventory. Our goal is to provide you an accurate estimate as possible to improve the overall moving experience for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has over 15 years of moving experience and strives to continue learning both personally and professionally.
