At J.T.S. Fitness, I offer flexible in-home/mobile and online coaching designed for your results. Here’s a look at my session-based pricing: Single Session: $100 5-Session Package: $90 per session ($450 total) 10-Session Package: $85 per session ($850 total) 20-Session Package: $75 per session ($1500 total) Introductory Offer: New clients can get their first 3 sessions for a total of just $75! This is a fantastic way to experience personalized coaching and see if it's the right fit for you without a long-term commitment upfront. All packages include customized workout plans, empowering nutrition guidance, and my corrective exercise expertise. Let's discuss your goals and find the perfect fit for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make starting your fitness journey simple, effective, and tailored entirely to you, right here in the convenience of your own space. 1. Initial Consultation & Goal Setting: It all begins with a consultation. We'll discuss your specific goals, current fitness level, health history, and any past experiences. This is where I get to understand you and your unique needs, and you can ask me anything about my approach to in-home training. 2. Comprehensive In-Home Assessment: Based on our discussion, I'll conduct a thorough in-home assessment. This typically involves a movement screen to identify any imbalances or limitations, helping me design a program that's perfectly suited for your body and your training environment. 3. Personalized Program Design: I'll create a program specifically for you, covering both customized workouts and empowering nutrition guidance. Your workout plan will fit your schedule, and it will be designed to maximize the space and equipment you have available (or the equipment I bring directly to you!). It's built for sustainable progress, not quick fixes. 4. Consistent In-Person Coaching & Support: We'll begin our regular coaching sessions. I provide ongoing guidance, hands-on form correction, motivation, and adjustments to your plan as you progress. You get my full, dedicated attention. 5. Progress Tracking & Adjustments: We'll regularly track your progress using various metrics—not just the scale! We'll look at how your clothes fit, your energy levels, strength gains, and improvements in your daily movement. Your program will evolve as you do, ensuring you always stay challenged and move closer to your goals. My process is designed to be supportive and educational every step of the way, empowering you to build lasting habits for a healthier, stronger you, all from the comfort and convenience of your chosen location.

I hold the following nationally recognized certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a leading authority in the fitness industry: NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT): This foundational certification provides a comprehensive understanding of exercise science, program design, client assessment, and effective coaching techniques. I've been actively applying and building upon this knowledge since 2013. NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS): Beyond just workouts, I'm qualified to provide evidence-based nutrition guidance. This specialization enables me to educate you on macronutrients, healthy eating habits, and how to fuel your body for sustainable fat loss and overall well-being, without restrictive diets. NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES): This advanced certification focuses on identifying and correcting muscular imbalances and movement dysfunctions.
