I've been a tenant for nearly a year now, and HighPoint has always been very prompt with their communications and any of our requests. The few individuals I have worked with, including Brad the president, have all been very friendly and easy to work with. Any work requests we have receive a response within 24 hours and will normally have someone schedule to do the repairs in a very timely manner depending on the service required. Their online tenant portal is very convenient for paying rent via credit card or e-check, and they have the option to set up email reminders or autopay. It is also very easy to place work orders through their web portal so that you don't need to wait until business hours to request a fix. They have had the best service out of all the agencies I have rented through. Keep up the good work guys!

For peace of mind in Property Management companies, this is the one to find a rental home with. We were in a search in the Denver area, and almost signed with one of the local PM's of ill repute in this area, and were lucky to find a home to rent with Highpoint. The transaction was smooth, quick, and technologically modern to complete the transaction. They have a great web presence to connect with the company, reviewing account status or requesting repair help.After a year in the property we used their web portal to request some maintenance repairs. It was smooth and easy to make the requests. Within a week we were contacted by the different vendors to handle the various issues, all repaired. Amazing. A great management company with great support.

HighpointPM is probably the best property management organization that I have ever experienced. From client's perspective, what really matters is 2 things; a) the response time on your inquiries and b) how effectively they addressed your issues and concerns. I was a tenant on one of their properties and have dealt with Brad and Bill and they both have excellent knowledge and expertise in the property management field including the real estate arena. Recently, we decided to buy a house and used Bill Streeter as our real estate person. He is a subject matter expert and has a great personality. He always took extra miles to help us and made our home buying experience very seamless. I personally thank Bill and Brad for being a phenomenal support to us.

Do not even bother trying to rent if you are a person of color. I was unfairly discriminated against by Brad. I tried renting out 5745 W Atlantic place back in May and was told that my credit score came back too low and that I could pay double the deposit if i wanted to move forward. My credit score is and has been 700+ for some time now. He told me I would have to request a copy of my credit report from Experian. I actually have Experian credit monitoring. I dont even show any inquiries from high point. Furthermore, I applied with a company that had the same requirements and was instantly approved. They kept my application fee and I had to pay $20 for a pet screening. He was very rude on the phone and completely unapologetic when I told him that it was impossible for my score to be as low as he said it was. I will be taking action on this including leaving a review with the better business bureau.

I am very proud to give this firm one star. I wish I could give negative stars. I had a lease with Norm O'Rommel via Brad Coen and Amy Bebemeyer. It was a 12 month lease. I was forced to accommodate Zillow visits in month 10. I accepted a contract job in month 10 and left intending to return to close out. On the second day of month 11 I was told to pay rent or else. I paid because the lease said I needed to. A few days later I was told Norm sold the house anyway. I got back about 30% of my month 11 rent from Highpoint and was told via text message the lease is now cancelled - and in addition to the 'expenses" deducted from my month 11 rent they needed to outprocess me from the home which could possibly incur deductions from my security deposit - but I needed to cancel my utilities in order for them process my security deposit. There was never any statement of charges for the month 11 rent deductions. Can you imagine this while working full time?? I have rented for many years and this is the most unprofessional conduct I have ever seen from a property manager. I'm shocked. When I asked for a statement of charges (deducted from my month 11 rent) I was told to wait a few more days for a full accounting. How did they figure the charges then? And I still face deductions from my security deposit as evidenced by numerous emails. It's disgusting business conduct. Do not do business with Brad Coen and Amy Bebemeyer. And the house was sold just like that before the lease expires. A true scam in the works. What shady people.
