Brad Coen, High Point Property Management, has been everything I could ever ask for when searching for a property manager. His business ethics are beyond reproach. Communication skills, attention to detail, knowledge of current rules, laws affecting rentals all reflect his true professionalism. He is incredibly responsive when I have a question. His tried and true vendor list is so helpful for various fixit it jobs plus he is willing to use my favorites as well. Another plus is the fact that Brad made a point of meeting my adjacent neighbors. The pictures he took, inside and outside, of my home reflect his marketing skills. He included the clubhouse and greenbelt areas as my home is located in a 55+ gated community. I would recommend Brad to anyone searching for a property manager and do not have any recommendations for improvement. Thumbtack provided several choices for me and I chose the right one for me. Thank you.
