    Brad Coen, High Point Property Management, has been everything I could ever ask for when searching for a property manager. His business ethics are beyond reproach. Communication skills, attention to detail, knowledge of current rules, laws affecting rentals all reflect his true professionalism. He is incredibly responsive when I have a question. His tried and true vendor list is so helpful for various fixit it jobs plus he is willing to use my favorites as well. Another plus is the fact that Brad made a point of meeting my adjacent neighbors. The pictures he took, inside and outside, of my home reflect his marketing skills. He included the clubhouse and greenbelt areas as my home is located in a 55+ gated community. I would recommend Brad to anyone searching for a property manager and do not have any recommendations for improvement. Thumbtack provided several choices for me and I chose the right one for me. A. Interview multiple property managers before you make a decision. Make sure they good fit for you and your needs - not the other way around.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I've owned and managed my own properties since 2008. I get it.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our pricing is simple. Our service is outstanding.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping our clients cash flow their residential rental properties and helping our awesome tenants find appropriate housing that meets their needs.

A. How much does your company charge? We only charge one low commission on rents collected. No nickel and dime charges. We'll leave that to the competition.

A. As a licensed real estate agent, I'm required to keep up with continuing education. In this business, it's critical.

A. Pricing is a big deal to clients. We are basically a virtual company. With cutting edge technology in use around the clock, we are able to pass the savings on to our customers.
